These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and bingopluz ("bingopluz," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the bingopluz website, mobile application, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing the bingopluz Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bingopluz Platform.
bingopluz reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
To register and use the bingopluz Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:
bingopluz reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed.
By registering on bingopluz, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out above. Any misrepresentation of your eligibility status constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any account balance.
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the bingopluz Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited. bingopluz employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bingopluz reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit any balances held therein.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. bingopluz may require you to verify your identity, address, and payment methods at any time as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations under applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bingopluz login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify bingopluz immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. bingopluz will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. bingopluz will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
bingopluz operates a mandatory KYC verification process. Before processing any withdrawal, bingopluz may require you to submit government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the required timeframe may have their withdrawal requests suspended.
bingopluz accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
Deposits are generally credited to your bingopluz account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method. bingopluz is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days.
bingopluz reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the bingopluz account. bingopluz will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
All transactions on the bingopluz Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). bingopluz is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
bingopluz offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus terms include:
Players who wish to opt out of bonuses may contact bingopluz customer support prior to making a deposit. Once a bonus has been credited to your account, the applicable wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
All games available on the bingopluz Platform are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and individual game rules, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to that specific game.
bingopluz uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the same fairness standards. All game outcomes are final once confirmed by the system. bingopluz will not reverse or modify game results except in cases of verified technical malfunction.
In the event of a technical failure, network interruption, or system error during gameplay, bingopluz will make reasonable efforts to restore the game to its last confirmed state. Where this is not possible, bingopluz may void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. bingopluz's decision in such matters is final.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. bingopluz reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bingopluz Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:
bingopluz is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. The Platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality check notifications, and self-exclusion options.
Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are strongly encouraged to use the self-exclusion feature available in their bingopluz account settings, or to contact our support team to request a temporary or permanent account suspension. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
bingopluz strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction required under Philippine gaming regulations. Any player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately terminated and any funds held will be returned to the payment source after deducting any bonuses received.

All content on the bingopluz Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface designs, is the exclusive property of bingopluz or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the bingopluz Platform without the prior written consent of bingopluz. Any unauthorised use of bingopluz intellectual property may result in legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bingopluz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities resulting from technical failures, network interruptions, or scheduled maintenance.
bingopluz's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bingopluz account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
bingopluz does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
bingopluz collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on how bingopluz handles your information.
bingopluz reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or for any other reason at bingopluz's sole discretion. Upon termination, any pending bets will be voided and any remaining balance (after deduction of bonuses and any amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to your verified payment method.
You may close your bingopluz account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the bingopluz Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. bingopluz operates in compliance with the regulatory requirements of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
bingopluz reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bingopluz will provide reasonable notice via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
