5. Data Sharing

bingopluz does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients, strictly on a need-to-know basis:

• Payment Processors: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment service providers, solely to process your deposits and withdrawals.

All third-party service providers engaged by bingopluz are contractually required to process your personal data only for the specified purpose and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

6. Data Retention

bingopluz retains your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including compliance with legal, regulatory, and reporting obligations. Specific retention periods include:

• Account and KYC data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, as required by Philippine AML regulations.
• Transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction.
• Customer support communications: Retained for two (2) years from the date of the last interaction.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, bingopluz will securely delete or anonymise your personal data in accordance with its data disposal procedures.

10. Minors

The bingopluz Platform is strictly intended for individuals aged 21 years and above, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. bingopluz does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If bingopluz becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, that account will be immediately terminated and all associated data will be deleted, except where retention is required by law.

11. International Data Transfers

bingopluz primarily processes and stores personal data within the Philippines. Where it is necessary to transfer personal data to service providers located outside the Philippines (for example, cloud infrastructure or game content providers), bingopluz ensures that such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards, including contractual data protection clauses that meet the standards required by the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and NPC regulations.

bingopluz will not transfer your personal data to any jurisdiction that does not provide an adequate level of data protection without first obtaining your explicit consent or implementing appropriate contractual safeguards.

bingopluz reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable laws, or regulatory requirements. Where changes are material, bingopluz will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect.
